We’re seeking a Sourcing Manager who brings strategic influence, commercial maturity, and a proven track record of driving value at a senior level. Description As our Sourcing Manager – Industrial Tools & Consumables , you will set the tone for supplier strategy, contracts, and negotiations across the business. You’ll deliver outcomes that align with both commercial objectives and long-term partnerships. In this role you will: Lead the development of sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and security of supply. Negotiate high-level rebate structures, incentive models, and contracts with major suppliers. Engage confidently with executives, senior stakeholders, and boards to present sourcing outcomes. Drive supplier relationship management programs, including performance evaluations and contract reviews. Identify and implement strategic cost saving opportunities and efficiencies. Provide insight on market trends, risks, and innovations to shape sourcing decisions. Oversee RFQ/RFP processes at scale and ensure proposals are benchmarked for maximum value. Partner closely with Finance and Procurement to align rebate recovery and compliance with company objectives. Skills And Experiences Must-haves: Significant experience leading high value supplier negotiations and contract management. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior levels. Demonstrated drive, energy, and capacity to deliver results under pressure. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with trade compliance, ERP systems, and procurement platforms. Ability to interpret technical specifications into sourcing strategies. Experience working cross functionally in dynamic, high volume environments. Also important: Exceptional communication skills, able to present at board level as well as engage operational teams. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (CIPS certification a plus).
