About the Role We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Associate with a proven track record of success. Key Responsibilities Prospect and build strong relationships with potential vendors and buyers. Prepare and deliver professional listing presentations. Manage open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-up. Negotiate and secure sales, ensuring smooth transactions from listing through to settlement. Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively. Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and integrity at all times. Skills & Experience Current real estate licence/agents representative certificate. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales agent. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating business.
