Troocoo: Troocoo Government are currently assisting a valued client in the recruitment of an AO3 Project Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunities to provide a high level of project support. This is an initial 3-year temporary contract with potential to extend a further 4-years. The Role: In the role of AO3 Project Support Officer, you will harness advanced document and data management tools, and deliver high-level administrative coordination to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and in line with departmental policies and legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Manage document control systems with version tracking, filing, and retrieval. Control secure distribution of sensitive project documents. Administer EDMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, InEight), including user support. Coordinate document workflows and maintain stakeholder registers. Provide project administrative support: meetings, minutes, reports, and presentations. Prepare and update spreadsheets and statistical reports for project updates. Archive records in line with retention and compliance standards. Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify and exchange project information. Other administrative duties as required. About You To thrive as a Project Support Officer you will bring: Previous public sector experience, ideally within the transport and/or infrastructure space. Experience delivering high-level project or administrative support at the AO3 level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document or information management systems (e.g. SharePoint, InEight/Teambinder) A proactive, adaptable approach—comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
