About the role We are seeking a Community Programs Coordinator to schedule and coordinate bookings for community programs including First Aid in Schools and Party Ready programs. This role schedules and rosters all schools and sessions for these programs from initial enquiry through to booking, confirmation and completion. The role will be responsible for producing reports, query handling, trouble shooting along with resourcing and availability issues. The role will support other community programs as required with booking and administration support and drive the ongoing development of these programs. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
