Responsibilities of the role include: Provide informed and accurate human resources advice and support to managers and staff, addressing personnel-related issues and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and practices in key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, leave management, and remuneration, ensuring alignment with effective people management principles and compliance with organizational and legislative requirements. Assist with record-keeping and documentation related to human resources activities, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR function within the organization. Collect and organize essential human resources data, including employee information, attendance records, and payroll details, to support decision-making processes and provide relevant reports to management. Monitor key performance indicators such as employee satisfaction and turnover rates, preparing periodic reports to inform management decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll information, ensuring accessibility and facilitating smooth HR operations. To be competent in this role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree (or above) Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of human resources Proficiency in employment relations legislation and regulatory requirements Ability to professionally manage sensitive discussions while maintaining strict confidentiality Strong motivation to contribute within a dynamic and diverse working environment
