Work with leading architects. About The Role Site Manager to deliver a $10m high-end build in Mosman. Demolition & excavation stage through to completion. Work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Support from a Leading Hand Carpenter on site. Salary between $140,000 and $180,000 plus super. Duties Site management of trades. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. WH&S. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish. Experience of concrete and formwork construction. Ability to manage stakeholder relations. Good attention to detail.
