This is a hybrid role that requires a professional to act as a crucial link between the IT department and the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Project and Integration Management: Lead and manage the integration of new IT systems and processes. This includes creating comprehensive project briefs and business cases to outline project goals, scope, and financial justification. Service Delivery: Oversee all aspects of IT service delivery, ensuring that services are delivered effectively to meet the organization's needs. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress and service performance. Service Delivery Management: A strong background in managing IT services, operations, and teams. Project Management: Proven experience in a project management capacity, including the creation of project briefs and business cases. Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party technology providers and ensuring they meet contractual obligations.
