About the Role… Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability? As an Engagement Consultant at APM Futures, you’ll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. You’ll build strong community relationships, promote APM’s services, and help participants achieve their goals. Location : You will be based at our APM Darra, Qld office. Key Responsibilities: Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators and community organisations to build business and attract new participants Deliver NDIS employment Supports to our NDIS participants Promote APM Futures at local expos and events. Manage and convert leads from APM’s marketing and service centre. Build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities. Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and APM policies. Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred service. What We’re Looking For Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage caseloads. Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration. To be considered, you will have Eligibility to work in Australia A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Have current First Aid and CPR certificate Willing to complete a Criminal History Check Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
