Our Department Managers play a key role in managing the daily store operations and managing their department end to end. Lead in-store processes, including inventory management, product availability and merchandise standards. Department Managers lead safety initiatives and drive a safety-first culture within their direct team and across the broader store team. What are we looking for? • Foster a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement by leading our values, ways of working and expected behaviours • Proven experience in leading teams, building relationships, and driving change • Be an organised, detail focused and self-motivated team player • Implement safety processes to ensure compliance within SOP regulations.
