Key Responsibilities: Explaining insurable risks to clients, designing suitable insurance solutions, and negotiating the best deals in the international insurance market. Maintaining strong relationships with underwriting partners. Managing personal budgets, sales strategies, and accounts receivable. Mentoring and coaching junior staff members. Driving new business development efforts. Acting as a brand ambassador to raise awareness about the organization and its career opportunities within the local business community. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 3 years' experience managing corporate clients, preferably with exposure to mid to large accounts. Understanding of multinational insurance programs (desirable) Demonstrates a service-oriented approach. Strong account management skills and technical expertise in commercial insurance. Demonstrates a track record of achieving financial and operational goals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, driven by professionalism and passion.
