We’re looking for a Student Finance Adviser join the Operations team! Reporting to Student Adviser Team Lead, this role is responsible for providing information and resolving issues in relation to student fees and general enquiries. About the role The Student Finance Adviser plays a key role in the provision of outstanding service through phone, email and face-to-face interactions with stakeholders; ensuring all students are supported with accurate advice and information relevant to all transactions related to studying at UTS College. Key responsibilities of the role are: Accurate and timely management of finance functions related to student fees Ensuring advice and information is appropriately delivered and of an exceptionally high standard Liaising with other UTS College departments regarding student enrolment, leave, transfers and refunds, as appropriate Being proactive in proposing changes to processes to improve efficiency and student satisfaction Following appropriate guidelines and measures for complaints handling, with regular feedback and reporting mechanisms Ensuring the integrity of student records About you You will have: An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline Student/customer service experience and capability to build positive and effective stakeholder relationships Advanced computer literacy and experience working with a range of systems and applications Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Able to work with minimal supervision according to strict deadlines.
