Our Data and Digital Advisory team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join. As part of our Data & Digital Consulting team, you will focus on delivering impactful client outcomes and supporting business and service development to grow our team and market presence. We seek someone passionate about data improvements and client excellence, eager to help build our team and enhance our industry leadership. Job Description As a Senior Consultant, you will support analytical and system development activities within the Consulting Data and Digital Team, including: Data Strategy: Providing data strategy and design recommendations based on data maturity diagnostics. Digital Technology: Developing digital technology strategies, including investment recommendations. Project Implementation: Leading digital project implementation through stakeholder management and scope coordination. Client Reports: Developing key data insight reports to enhance portfolio performance and management. Management Systems: Developing program/portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting and control. Data Management: Deploying data management frameworks and increasing data competency across organizations. Qualifications Education: A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 4 years in management consulting, business management, project management, or IT. Skills: Understanding of business improvement approaches, including process re-engineering, system development, change management, etc. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills. Attributes: Enthusiastic, autonomous, with strong problem-solving and consulting skills. Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders across multiple clients. Sector Experience: Preferably experienced across sectors like aviation, energy, rail, water, property, and both private and public sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital and technology strategy, data architecture, project management, system integration, analytics, data cleaning, data modeling, and reporting. System Knowledge: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBi/Tableau), programming (Python/R, MS Visual Studio), MS365 Power Platform, and database platforms (Microsoft SQL, Azure).
