About the client: Our client is a respected Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with modern facilities and a broad scope of nationally recognised training programs. They are seeking an experienced leader to manage operations in South Australia and drive growth into New South Wales and Victoria. In this senior position, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality training services while ensuring the organisation continues to meet its strategic and operational goals. In this role, you will: Deliver on the organisation’s strategic plans through growth and improved performance. Lead and support your team to achieve business and training objectives. Manage operational, financial, and resource outcomes effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with government funding bodies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders. Identify and act on opportunities to expand into new markets. You will bring: Extensive experience managing an RTO. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including ASQA standards and state-based requirements. Knowledge of State and Federal training programs and incentives.
