Reporting directly to the Group CEO, and forming part of our executive, the CPO serves as the strategic steward of our most critical asset, our people. You will ensure that talent, culture, and leadership capabilities evolve in lockstep with enterprise growth and business expansion. Key responsibilities: Actively promote and demonstrate a commitment to our goal of having everyone return home safe Develop and execute a forward-thinking global people strategy aligned with business goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to unlock synergies and improve organisational effectiveness. Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives that support workforce requirements and operational readiness. Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and psychologically safe culture that inspires high performance and belonging across all levels of the group. Develop diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies, with measurable outcomes and clear accountability. * Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, risk management, and continuous improvement in HR policies and practices About you: Stratco are looking for a collegiate, strategic and values aligned leader with: Executive-level experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Workforce Planning. Proven experience leading people strategy within a national and/or global, matrixed organisation, preferably from within engineering/manufacturing domains. Acute business acumen, pragmatism and a commercial mindset. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
