We are seeking applications for the position of Head of Boarding, commencing in 2026. This role leads and manages the pastoral care, behaviour management and resident program for the School. The role is responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful and supportive living environment for boarding students from Years 7 to 12. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in a boarding or residential care environment, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage pastoral care responsibilities. You will be approachable, organised and able to balance the operational needs of boarding with the wellbeing of students in your care.
