Description Executive Assistant to Head of Technology– Support Tech Leadership & Drive Efficiency This role will play a crucial part of the Digital Consumer Finance technology team, also supporting UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people. What’s the role? Join our Digital Consumer Finance Technology team as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Head of Technology. You'll help keep fast-moving tech teams running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating projects, and preparing reports that support smart decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage email and calendar for the Head of Technology, including meeting coordination and preparation of agendas, documents and presentations. Collate daily meeting packs and supporting materials. Assist with planning and managing team events as needed. Coordinate key leadership meetings, including agenda and presentation preparation. Handle internal and external stakeholder requests promptly. Perform general administrative tasks, including travel bookings, expense processing, staff reimbursements and account payments in line with policy. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week from our Sydney or Gold Coast Offices. What do I need? Advanced PC skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Copilot tools. Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. Effective business writing and attention to detail. High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy—comfortable exploring new tools. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels.
