About the Role Working closely with our General Manager, you’ll lead the Finance function across budgeting, forecasting, compliance, reporting, and payroll, while also acting as a commercial advisor to our Leadership Team. If you’re commercially sharp, values-led, and looking to step into a strategic part-time role with real impact, we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of finance, from budgeting and cashflow planning to reporting and risk. Deliver clear, actionable insights that help our leaders and consultants make decisions. Partner with our General Manager to sharpen our commercial edge and scale with confidence. Oversee payroll and cashflow for both our internal team and temp contractors. Lead and mentor a Finance Assistant who supports the execution of day-to-day finance operations. Own compliance, lodgements and risk across labour hire, tax, superannuation and payroll. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance. Experience in Recruitment is essential for this role. Strong commercial acumen – able to interpret trends, margins, consultant productivity and more. Confident managing budgets, forecasts, cashflow, compliance and payroll in a hands-on environment. Experience with Xero, Bullhorn and Xemplo is preferred but not essential. Proactive, relationship-oriented, and able to bring clarity to complexity. A natural coach and communicator, comfortable leading others and collaborating cross-functionally. Why Apply?
