Its flagship product, VPA Pay, helps vendors defer marketing costs, driving better property presentation and supporting agents in winning listings. This Senior Product Manager role is central to CampaignAgent’s next stage of growth, with a dual focus: driving continued growth of VPA Pay and leading the development of new funding products that support longer-term expansion. The role sits within CampaignAgent’s product team, and partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Finance and Operations, while staying connected to REA’s product standards and strategy. What the role is all about Standardise and optimise the product development lifecycle across CampaignAgent: define and document clear processes, tools and metrics to help us scale the product function and ensure high-quality delivery Lead the product lifecycle for VPA Pay: own the roadmap, prioritise features, drive agile execution, and collaborate with marketing and operations to increase adoption, revenue and customer satisfaction Develop new vendor funding solutions: research market opportunities, define product requirements and business cases, and manage end-to-end delivery of new financing products (e.g., home equity or deposit loans) to broaden our offering Collaborate across teams: work closely with engineering, design, finance, legal and operations to ensure requirements are clear, solutions are delivered on schedule, and products meet regulatory and customer needs Use data and feedback: analyse product performance metrics and user insights to continuously refine features and make informed decisions about product enhancements Champion REA’s product values: foster a customer-centric, data-driven, collaborative mindset within the team and maintain our culture of innovation and ownership Who we’re looking for Extensive product management experience (7 years), ideally in fintech, consumer finance or a high-growth tech environment Proven ability to scale products and processes: experience establishing product frameworks, governance, and metrics in a growing organisation Consumer finance expertise: understanding of payment or lending products is highly regarded (e.g., Buy Now, Pay Later, loans or credit solutions) Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills: you're able to define clear roadmaps, set success metrics, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management: you're able to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across the business Entrepreneurial and adaptable: you thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and can balance multiple priorities Passion for our vision: you're excited about using finance solutions to improve the real estate experience The REA experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about.
