Passion for innovation, emerging tech and using AI to create value out of ambiguity and complexity. 3–5 years of experience as an FP&A or a Commercial Finance analyst. An Excel financial modelling and data analysis guru with a commercial mind, sound analytical skills, and a flair for telling the story behind the numbers. Skilled in FP&A, BI, and process standardisation and automation. Enjoys solving problems and applies critical thinking and a consultative Design Thinking mindset. Constantly seeks opportunities to learn and grow. Confident in experimenting while applying a Growth Mindset to learn and continuously improve. A status-quo challenger, keen to drive positive change and can find the right balance between the impatience needed to drive outcomes and the patience needed to take people on the journey with you. Collaborative, inclusive, consultative, confident communicator. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable. CA/CPA or working towards would be a plus. What do we offer?
