Role Description This is a full-time hybrid/remote role for a Workers Compensation Account Manager, located in Sydney, or surrounds NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing tailored risk advisory services, strategic claims and injury management advice, and developing and implementing risk management strategies. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, workers compensation insurance broking services, and creating comprehensive risk management framework for clients. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth. The role would suit an experienced Case Manager or Broker within the Workers Compensation environment.
