Broadly, your role will include: Hiring, training, supervising all front of house employees Create and maintain weekly rosters for Front of House staff and managing budgets Leading the team as the face of the business, serving as a lead for handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines The ideal candidate must have: A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plus at least three years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine and wine Management and leaderships skill Demonstrated customer focus If this sounds like you and you wish to join a dynamic team, please forward full CV.
