We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard during service in a busy kitchen. Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and taste across all menu items. Work across various kitchen stations including grill, pans, larder, and fryer as needed. Assist with daily kitchen prep and maintain readiness for peak periods. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs on menu development and specials. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and inventory control. Train and support junior kitchen staff when required. Requirements : Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and strong team ethic. Why Join Us?
