Job Opportunity: HR Supervisor – Paksong Costa Berry Laos Sole Co., Ltd. Location: Paksong District, Champasak Province Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time, Site-Based Costa Berry Laos is seeking a highly motivated and resilient HR Supervisor to join our team at our Paksong farm. This role plays a vital part in delivering effective human resource operations and supporting a diverse workforce of approximately 200–300 employees in a dynamic agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site HR operations, including timekeeping, attendance, and employee documentation. Utilize the Harvest Management System (HMS) to track attendance and prepare payroll reports in coordination with the Finance team. Implement and communicate HR policies, workplace conduct, and safety protocols. Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and contract management. Assist in recruitment, workforce planning, and seasonal labor coordination. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with Lao labour regulations and Costa Group standards. Support site-based training, welfare, and engagement initiatives. Maintain regular communication and reporting with the HR Manager. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of Lao labour law and HR procedures. Prior experience managing large workforces and working in remote/farm-based environments is preferred. High level of resilience and ability to remain composed under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Lao and English. Above-average proficiency in IT, including the use of: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Excel and Word, Harvest Management System (HMS) or similar platforms. Other HR or administrative software relevant to the role. Additional Information: This is a site-based position located at the Costa Berry Farm in Paksong District, Champasak Province.
