The Opportunity As the Senior Corporate Finance Applications Analyst at Dexus, you’ll enhance the performance and adoption of our core financial systems—Yardi and TM1. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Applications, you’ll work within the Corporate Technology and Infrastructure team, partnering with Finance and Business stakeholders to deliver system improvements, resolve technical issues, and translate business needs into effective solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Drive effective use of Yardi and TM1 through training, support, and system health checks Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements Translate business requirements into practical, value-adding technical solutions Facilitate stakeholder engagement through forums and feedback channels Maintain system documentation and support smooth transition of updates to BAU About You You’re a proactive and collaborative problem-solver with a passion for driving system improvements and enabling business success. With strong communication skills and a knack for translating technical concepts into clear business language, you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience with Yardi and TM1, including configuration, reporting, and enhancements Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures, ideally within property or investment management Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Asana, Confluence, and automation platforms (e.g. WalkMe, Automate Anywhere) Demonstrated ability to manage enhancement pipelines, lead training initiatives, and document technical solutions Why choose Dexus?
