Description As a key member of RPM Group’s Corporate Communications team, you will bring creative concepts to life across a wide range of touchpoints. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, brand-aligned creative work for presentations, reports, marketing materials, social media, and other corporate communications. The role also supports video editing and motion graphics, with an emphasis on collaboration, process improvement, and maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Execution Design and produce corporate presentations, reports, and marketing materials using established templates and brand guidelines. Create content for digital and print, including social media graphics, advertising, brochures, Edm’s, IM’s and corporate collateral. Edit and prepare short-form video content for presentations, events, and online use (video editing skills a plus). Apply and maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Suggest improvements to design processes, templates, and production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with the Corporate Marketing team, Project Marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives across all divisions and officeses of the RPM business. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas and concepts. Provide and receive constructive feedback to achieve the best outcomes. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets. Process, Quality & Brand Integrity Ensure all creative work adheres to RPM Group’s brand standards, style guides, and tone of voice. Maintain organised design files, templates, and digital asset libraries for easy access and future use. Assist with the preparation and delivery of client presentations, marketing reports, and research documents. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva, motion graphics and video editing experience highly regarded. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field. Ability to follow established templates while bringing creativity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A self-starter with initiative, able to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
