About the Role: As Sous Chef, you will lead and motivate the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef. Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management. Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes. Manage service in a busy kitchen during peak periods. Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards. This role would suit someone who who is looking to progress into a Head Chef role in the future.
