We are now seeking a Projects Supervisor to supervise contractor workgroups and planning the execution of capital projects in accordance with Genesis Minerals Values and Policies. In addition, you will be responsible for actively contributing to the overall performance of the Projects team. The Opportunity: Supervising contractor workgroups to deliver projects safely, on budget, to schedule, and within the scope. Delivering successful project execution outcomes measured in terms of safety, time, cost and quality. Supporting the Project Engineers to resolve contractual issues, technical matters and project management support. Supporting, recording and obtaining authorisation in accordance with Change Management Procedures. Ensuring contractor compliance to the Quality Management Plans. Participating in risk assessments and design reviews on the engineering and infrastructure options. Assisting in the development and continuous review of project scopes and execution plans. Ensuring accurate record keeping systems are set up and maintained to provide project reporting as required.
