This is a full time role working 38 hours a week, and duties and responsibilities include: Observe growth conditions and ensure healthy plant development through effective cultivation and seedbed management. Manage and execute planting of a variety of flora including trees, shrubs, and flowers. Establish lush lawn areas through soil preparation, grass planting, and turf installation. Maintain planted and grassed areas by weeding, trimming, fertilising, watering, and mowing. Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges with precision, ensuring plant support and protective measures where necessary. Implement landscape design plans, select and source materials, and maintain construction schedules. Install hardscape (structural) and softscape (natural) elements to enhance outdoor spaces. Assess tree health and provide necessary treatments, including limb removal and branch shaping. Implement pest and disease control measures, including spraying, dusting, and removal of diseased trees. Applicants must have at least 2 years' of relevant experience and hold a relevant Certificate III or higher.
