Now, we're looking for a Dock Master to join our growing team and elevate our service to new heights! Responsibilities : Provide entry into the Loading Dock via access control system Oversee all loading and unloading activities within the Loading Dock Accept bookings and manage the allocation of loading docks Monitor and enforce booking durations Manage a sign in register and allocate contractor keys Undertake regular inspections of the loading dock Communicate using clear and professional language Follow company policies and procedures Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the loading/unloading process. Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors. Requirements : Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate A desire to learn Effective communication and customer service skills A positive attitude Reliable and trustworthy Ability to work Saturdays (if required) An ability to work unsupervised.
