We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join manage a caseload in the Gympie region. Start & finish your day from home! Flexible calendar management. About Your Role Bring your expertise, and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role. Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for NDIS participants Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and reports Educate and support families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services Manage caseloads effectively and meet NDIS reporting requirements What we offer you!
