We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to manage and streamline our contractual processes. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and administer security service contracts, ensuring alignment with both business needs and regulatory requirements. Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers to secure favorable agreements that meet legal and organisational standards. Manage and track contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose amendments where necessary to enhance efficiency and profitability. Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, including variations, amendments, and renewals. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of contracts and resolve disputes efficiently. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management regarding contract status, performance, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related queries and issues, ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal teams. Track contract expiration dates, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely renewals and compliance Review and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing contract management and service delivery. Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for contract management within the organisation. Qualifications, Work experience and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or related field. At least 1 years of proven experience in contract administration or related role Strong understanding of contract law and best practices for contract management. Australian experience is preferred Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
