We are currently seeking an Associate Performance Attribution Analyst to join our dynamic and highly skilled team. You’ll be at the heart of train performance investigations—connecting the dots, solving attribution mysteries, and turning insights into real-world improvements that keep Australia’s rail systems running smoothly and efficiently. About the Role As an Associate Performance Attribution Analyst, you will support the investigation of train incidents and assist in resolving attribution outcomes in line with contractual obligations. You’ll manage and interpret operational data, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive performance improvements and support commercial objectives.
