Why You’ll Love This Role Advanced Optometry Services Strong behavioural optometry focus - work with children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and pre-verbal infants. Growing neuro-optometry demand - manage cases involving traumatic brain injury, concussion, and stroke. Co-manage ocular disease with local GPs, South Coast District Hospital, and visiting ophthalmologists. Collaborate with OTs, physiotherapists, and psychologists for holistic care. Provide vision therapy to a diverse patient base. Work alongside a Fellow of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists and experienced colleagues across multiple practices. Benefit from structured CPD, paid professional development, and face-to-face mentoring. Lifestyle & Balance Flexible start date to suit you. Monday - Saturday roster, 9 am - 5:30 pm, roster will vary. No work between Christmas and New Year. Off-street parking and minimal traffic. What We’re Looking For A qualified Optometrist (new graduates welcome). An interest in full-scope optometry - especially paediatric and neuro-optometry. Enthusiasm for learning and steady, supported skill development. Dispensing skills welcome but not essential.
