Job Description Pullman Adelaide F&B operations are escaling up and we are seeking a Full time and a Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant (In-Room Dining Specialist), being the face of heartfelt hospitality, delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences directly to guests' rooms. You ensure every order is accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered with warmth and professionalism, enhancing the overall guest experience. Some of the key duties will include: Take guest orders via phone or digital systems with accuracy and courtesy Prepare trays and trolleys according to hotel standards and guest preferences Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and service excellence Set up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort Clear trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
