Harnest is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and social housing projects across South Australia and Victoria. Working closely with our Project Managers and delivery team, you’ll help coordinate end-to-end documentation, compliance, contractor engagement and project reporting - ensuring high-quality, community-led homes are delivered on time and to standard. What You’ll Do Assist in the coordination of multiple SDA and social housing projects Support contract admin, documentation, and compliance tracking Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and approvals alongside PMs Monitor timelines, variations, and procurement schedules Help maintain quality standards and reporting across all live projects What You’ll Bring 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders clearly and professionally Knowledge of residential builds, social housing, or SDA compliance (ideal) Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the team Why Harnest?
