Harnest , part of the Mazzei Group , is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Adelaide team — overseeing a pipeline of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and social housing projects across South Australia. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end project delivery from early feasibility to handover Oversee SDA and social housing builds across low-rise and medium-density projects Coordinate consultants, builders, and subcontractors Manage BOQs, program tracking, approvals, and stakeholder reporting Navigate NDIS, accessibility, and social procurement requirements Build trusted relationships with providers, agencies, and internal teams What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in residential or community housing project management Proven coordination and stakeholder skills across government or NFP projects Strong understanding of NCC, SDA design standards, and compliance pathways Experience with D&C contracts and live project environments Resilient, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related field Why Harnest?
