Job Title Graduate Asset Engineer Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a motivated Graduate Asset Engineer to join our Engineering & Asset Management team in Melbourne. You’ll work alongside industry experts to deliver high-quality asset management services, from developing asset management plans and conducting lifecycle modelling to creating reports/dashboards and innovative process improvement projects. Job Description About the Role Asset data collection, analysis, and reporting Developing lifecycle cost models and capital works plans Assisting with maintenance strategy implementation and compliance Contributing to reporting and data improvement initiatives and innovative projects Working closely with internal teams, service providers, and client stakeholders About You Engineering or related qualification (mandatory) Strong Microsoft Office skills; PowerBI or coding experience highly regarded Understanding of building systems such as HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills Detail-focused with a proactive, collaborative mindset Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
