3 days per week Hybrid design & social media role Social Media & PR Agency We're looking for a hybrid design & social creative who can keep up with a fast-paced, energetic, and full-service comms team that has been listed as one of Australia's fastest-growing PR & digital agencies. If you have proven experience managing the social & content for brands (not influencers) and can this part-time role is perfect! Working across both PR & social media campaigns, you will work closely with the leaders of this rapidly expanding agency to provide PR, digital marketing and social strategy expertise. The Opportunity: Support and work closely with the Digital Strategy Director Work with internal teams to oversee and deliver creative assets Drive creative and branding initiatives from brief to completion Create marketing collateral including brochures, maps, IM’s, wayfinding, hoarding, brand guidelines etc Manage social media content creation Elevate and revisualise reporting templates and company documents Conceptualise, design and execute compelling visual assets for digital mediums including websites, social, email and advertising Develop wireframes and mock ups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas Wordpress management including BETA testing and optimisation to ensure optimal UX Liaison with IT or hosting providers and CRM partner programs (Salesforce etc) New business support Work closely with a team of PR, Social Media Strategists and Digital Marketing Managers Develop paid/organic social recommendations and strategies designed to meet the goals provided in briefs from internal teams and key stakeholders Develop client content (reels, etc.) Report on results from analysing the target audience and key messages to recommend the right channel mix across the brand portfolio Manage multiple internal brands and projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery on time and budget Be a calm, strategic problem solver! Make PR & social, and strategic recommendations to internal clients and key stakeholders. You: Live in Melbourne, Australia and have full working rights Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications or a related field Proven experience as a digital designer, or a similar role, with a strong folio of work Proficiency in industry-standard programs including Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress. Figma experience looked at favorably too Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques Experience with responsive design principles including design optimisation for web/mobile and print Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a willingness to learn and grow Have proven experience managing the social & content for brands (not influencers) Previous experience working in an agency environment is ideal! Proven experience in paid, SEO, SEM, PPC and eDM campaigns is ideal Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a digital marketing role is ideal Good knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to assess campaign progress strategically and optimise accordingly Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret performance trends to identify efficiencies Previous experience working in a complex, operational environment and collaborating with multiple and diverse stakeholders to drive success Salesforce ecosystem knowledge – including Marketing Cloud Sponsorship is not available for this role Successfully shortlisted applicants will be contacted directly.
