We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Bridge Road Kindergarten . Bridge Road Kindergarten is a state-of-the-art facility offering families innovative, high-quality kindergarten programs. Our play-based educational programs provide opportunities to promote your child’s creativity, curiosity, resilience and a love for learning and discovery. Our dedicated team of educators create a warm, supportive and caring environment where your child’s social, emotional, cognitive, physical, language and literacy developmental needs are met. This is a part time, fixed term position ending January 2026. You will be working 19.5 hours per week on a Wednesday and Thursday from 8:15am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9am to 1pm. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. About the role You'll create a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement. Why ECMS?
