We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the administrative team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for all employees, providing guidance, support, and leadership while maintaining efficient office systems and compliance with statutory and legislative requirements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage the administrative team, setting and reviewing goals, and prioritising deadlines. Identify, develop, and implement process and procedure improvements. Oversee and maintain company documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide detailed reporting for job management and project support. Develop management and operational reports to assist with operational and project management tasks. Maintain internal controls and corporate governance to minimise errors and fraud. Complete end-of-month duties, including exception reporting, monthly consolidation, worksheets, and reports. Reconcile credit cards and pre-payment accounts within set deadlines. Close off monthly processing in accordance with corporate timetables. Coordinate routine facility maintenance and manage service providers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Supervise, mentor, and train direct reports in line with company policies, position descriptions, and performance agreements. Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager role. At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (desirable). Demonstrated leadership and people management experience. High-level organisational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and without supervision.
