About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting site operations and head office coordination through effective administration, onboarding, scheduling and documentation. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment and brings strong communication and organisational skills to the table. Your responsibilities will include: Managing site-based administration tasks, including data entry and document control Coordinating onboarding documentation and compliance requirements Using platforms such as Pegasus and Damstra to manage contractor compliance Preparing letters of offer and contract documentation for new hires Supporting planning and scheduling activities in coordination with project managers Assisting in timesheet collection, leave tracking and other workforce coordination Maintaining registers, spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and attention to detail Acting as the first point of contact for site-based admin queries Liaising with the Office Manager and site supervisors to ensure administrative continuity Providing general administrative support across the team as needed About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative or site administration role (construction or industrial sectors preferred) High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Experience using Pegasus, Damstra or similar compliance platforms is desirable Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and subcontractors A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to site if required Benefits Permanent full-time opportunity Competitive salary package Career progression opportunities For a confidential discussion regarding this position, please contact Laila Hoy on 0413 778 084 or via email at lh@asr.com.au .
