This new global practice will focus on three key core competencies - Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM) Customer Identity (CIAM). The opportunity is for a senior leader to join as the APAC competency leader . The ( service line /competency) leader will be client-facing, collaborating as part of the IAM leadership team to support the execution of the overall IAM strateg y , responsible for developing assets and best practice, support ing business development , connecting across other lines of service, and performing the technical lead and oversight role for large enterprise IAM engagements. The role will also help support and nurture team members personal development with training and shadowing, and other internal activities. This is a fantastic new opportunity to join expanding team . The ideal candidate will have previous IAM consulting experience and commercial exposure gained from delivering complex IAM engagements, ideally across a broad client base , with experience of running a P&L function and demonstration of growth . In addition to your technical skills, you will have strong client facing skills and be comfortable dealing with senior client stakeholders. Responsibilities: Build and maintain sustainable trusted client relationships through high-quality delivery, ensuring out comes exceed client expectations. Lead large and complex en terprise IAM engagement deliveries, covering full lifecycle from advi ce , strategy, design, implementation through to manage d services , aligned with the client business requirements. This will involve interacting with identity leaders and other client stakeholders to set the strategy , select products , perform IAM design, deliver automation through the implementation of tools and processes , as well as identifying optimisation opportunities for existing implementations. Ability to operate in an agile deliver s model and regularly maintain road maps and deliver aspirations for customers. Collaborate with other lines of service to maintain and support new and leading IAM propositions Responsible for QA review and ensuring quality best practice. Engage with Markets and Pre-Sales teams during the sales cycle to assist in quantifying, pricing and assessing the capability required for the project delivery. Assist with sales proposals, bids and tenders for delivery scoping . A ct as mentor to less experienced consultants and foster knowledge sharing throughout the delivery team. Requirements: Minimum Required Skills: You will have working knowledge of core IAM products and capabilities , such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta and others. You will h ave experience of delivering complex IAM engagements and projects, ideally covering all stages from strategy, design and implementation. Have experience of tracking project status, supporting issues to deliver projects on time and on budget, and to a high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a strong ability to develop a rapport with customer s takeholder s across all levels and engender long lasting trusted relationships. Have strong business, consultancy and technical skills . Have e xperience with HR processes (JML) and systems and authoritative source integration based on WorkDay , SuccessFactors , Beeline, etc. Have e xperience with application integration, such as AD , ServiceNow, SAP, etc. Excellent communication, consulting soft skills and presentation skills. Exceptional written communication and reporting skills. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrable capability and qualifications across the following technical areas is advantageous . IAM Vendor relationships in APAC region Zero trust and SASE knowledge Security design and architecture Artificial Intelligence Cloud related certifications across AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud IAM native experience across AWS/GCP/Azure CISM / CISSP / CRISC / ISO 27001 LI/LA / CISA E xperience of core control frameworks, such as, NIST, SANS Top 20 CSC, ISO 27001, Privacy, NIS and CAF. Experience of building an IAM business , winning business, growing the local team and operating as a global IAM service Experience of winning together - connect ing with other Cyber areas, teams and services, to deliver end-to-end Cyber services. Experience with other Cyber teams and services, such as OT, MXDR, Risk Advisory, etc Behaviours: Flexibility in working hours (as per client requirement). Ability to travel both nationwide and internationally (where ). Ability to build strong, trust-based working relationships High standards of work output Strong and effective communicator Desire to continually improve and learn new skills.
