Coach, lead, train, and inspire a powerhouse team of setters and closers to crush targets month after month. Drive accountability, and build a relentless winning culture. YOU: · Lead from the front — you don’t just talk the talk, you set the pace through your standards and actions. · Love sales and know how to bring out the absolute best in salespeople. · Recruit, train, and keep a bench full of A-grade reps. · Live in the data — you know the score every day, every week, every month, and make decisions that move the needle. · Hate excuses, love solutions, and thrive under pressure. · Can coach, inspire, and hold people accountable to elite performance standards. This isn’t about managing admin or doing performance reviews for fun — this is about winning, scaling, and setting sales records. WHAT YOU’LL OWN: 1. Leadership & Coaching Lead and mentor a sales team (setters closers) to over-perform. Recruit and onboard sales talent who hit the ground running. Run daily huddles, weekly training, and regular 1:1s. Develop call script mastery and objection-handling excellence. Smash monthly revenue targets and beat previous records. Keep the pipeline full, healthy, and moving fast. Personally close high-value deals when needed. Drive conversion rates, follow-up speed, and deal velocity. 3. Commercial Growth Identify and execute upsell opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead quality and volume. Forecast accurately and deliver on the plan. 4. Culture & Accountability Create and maintain a no-excuses, high-performance sales culture. Make the scoreboard matter — every rep knows where they stand. KPIs YOU OWN: Monthly revenue target Retention & upsell rates COMP & UPSIDE: Base: $150k–$200k Super (depending on experience) OTE: $400k–$450k (base commission performance bonus) Massive earning potential for over-performance.
