Let's get straight to the details In this role you will be responsible for partnering with leaders and employees across our organisation to provide high level Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD) advice and guidance. This includes business partnering to support the achievement of individual learning and development plans, a broad range of professional development opportunities, and compliance with mandatory training requirements. You will also support the development and implementation of a range of leadership and management initiatives, cultural initiatives, strategic projects, programs, and organisational initiatives. The Experience We Are Looking For To be successful in our position you will have: Solid experience in L&D and OD program design, delivery, and evaluation. Confidence with training compliance, reporting, and data analysis. Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone).
