Our client is seeking a Housing Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth across residential projects in Tasmania. About the Role: Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll oversee the full sales cycle and drive growth and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage a small team, liaise with consultants, and ensure every client receives a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead client engagement from enquiry through to contract signing Prepare detailed budget estimates and documentation Liaise with draftspeople, engineers, and consultants Manage client selections and variations via our customer portal Promote display homes and follow up sales leads Conduct pre-planning site assessments and use drafting tools (Revit) Prepare site work packs for construction handover What You’ll Bring: Strong communication and client relationship skills Experience in residential construction sales or related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Current driver’s license Professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic Why Join Us?
