A client-advocate; Somewhat of a natural leader - you will happily own the sales function; A lover of facts, data, numbers - which is nicely balanced by a good 'EQ radar'. If you have at least 3 years experience in selling luxury goods (ideally jewellery but we're flex on that) to discerning buyers, then perhaps we should meet. The role? Well, in simple terms you'll be helping customers make the very best of their time. You'll be meeting with individuals who are looking for something special. So, you'll be getting an understanding of what 'special' means, presenting and showcasing product, negotiating, managing margins, surprising and delighting with your exceptional customer service and closing sales. Of course there will be sales admin and CRM entry to complete and you'll be following up leads all with a sense of style and sophistication, in our amazing showroom. Why join us?
