We’re seeking a motivated Sustainability Advisor to join our team and continue our commitment to achieving exceptional sustainability outcomes on high-profile infrastructure projects. The Role In this role, you will provide environmental and sustainability support across multiple infrastructure projects in the design, construction, and handover phases. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and construction teams to deliver sustainability initiatives, and achieve targeted Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) and Transport for NSW Sustainable Design Guideline (SDG) ratings. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement Sustainability Management Plans for major projects. Support the integration of sustainability objectives into project designs and construction practices. Prepare and submit ISC and SDG sustainability ratings for design and as-built phases. Conduct data analysis, tracking, and reporting on sustainability objectives and targets. Conduct site inspections, audits, and facilitate sustainability workshops. Liaise with project stakeholders to align sustainability outcomes with community engagement initiatives. About You We’re looking for someone who can bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to our projects. Essential qualifications & skills: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) accreditation. Proven experience in sustainability advisory roles in infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of ISC rating processes and SDG requirements. Experience preparing and submitting sustainability ratings and reports. Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking and performance monitoring. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Construction White Card and Rail Industry Worker card (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
