ABOUT THE ROLE This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in technical delivery. Working closely with the business owner, you will manage a small team of engineers, oversee projects and help expand the company’s capabilities. It is a position that blends technical expertise with people leadership. You will be driving the development, implementation and support of control and automation systems while mentoring your team and shaping how the engineering function grows over time.
