The Role As Sales Representative, you will take ownership of the dealer network across Queensland, driving sales of industrial components and introducing a targeted product line to existing dealers. You will be a key player in expanding market presence while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the dealer network in the QLD region. Drive sales and exceed performance targets. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Provide technical and product expertise to clients and dealers. Maintain accurate sales and activity documentation. About You Experience managing a dealer network (preferred). Industry background in gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, or motors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Solid technical knowledge with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
