Automation Analyst Clerk Grade : 7 / 8 Salary Range : $113,574 - $125,720 superannuation Employment Type : Temporary (up to 12 months), Full-time Location : Sydney About this role Working with the newly created Business Process Excellence and Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for delivering intelligent automation solutions to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, service quality, and reduce risks. Ideal Candidate Profile Expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism. Strong coding/development skills in robots following automation frameworks, coding methodologies, and agile delivery. Understanding of RPA methodologies (RE Framework, ROM, RDLC) with hands-on experience in RPA design, development, and deployment. Advanced certifications in UiPath, Power Platforms, or Blue Prism. Proficiency in VB.net, Java, C#, SQL, and SQL Server. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps is highly desirable. Programming and scripting experience in Java, .Net, JavaScript, VBS, Python, PowerShell is preferred. Experience with SQL, relational databases, and API integrations. Experience with conversational AI or chatbots is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and configure automation solutions based on technical design documents using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism. Deliver technical training, demos, and support for clients. Ensure compliance with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Make timely modifications during implementation. Optimize RPA code for efficiency. Manage testing cycles and bug fixing. Maintain and update documentation. Conduct code reviews and update the bot registry. Identify reusability opportunities for bots. Track and resolve technical issues affecting delivery. Implement end-to-end lifecycle management of RPA or Cognitive Automation technologies, with relevant certifications being a plus.
